M. Prusiazhnyuk, opening the hearings declared that the cereal crops sphere of agricultural complex is of the strategic importance for the state economy as it defines the scopes of the proposition and the prices of the main types of the provisions for the state population.
The participants of the hearings emphasized that during 2009-2010 marketing year the gross production of the crops is expected in the scopes of 42,9 million ton that is adding the previous remains would give the opportunity to meet the needs of the inner market (27 million ton). Export possibilities are expected at the rates of 18,0-18,4 million ton.
The participants of the hearings stressed that the total cost of the elevator services regarding the grain storage had increased in 5%, in comparison with the last year.
The People´s Deputies recommend that the market participants should minimize the storage expenses through the lease of grain elevators purchasing.
According to the Committee members it is necessary to provide services on grain certification through the "one window" scheme that would not only simplify the procedure itself but would also save time for the documents execution etc.
